Director:  The Director is the leading artistic voice of a production.  The Director serves as the “boss” of the show, and should be seen as the highest authority.  However, should issues arise that cannot be resolved within this relationship, the On Stage Artistic Director, upon consultation with the On Stage Executive Board, will be considered the final authority and available at any time.  

Choreographer:  Serves as the leading authority for all dance and/or stylized movement for a production. The Choreographer will work closely with the production’s Director and come to an agreement for the choices of the production’s dance/movement.  However, should issues arise that cannot be resolved within this relationship, the On Stage Artistic Director will be considered the final authority and available at any time.

Musical Director:  The Musical Director serves as the leading authority on music for a production, including voice, instrumentals and conducting.  The Music Director will work closely with the production’s Director and come to an agreement for the choices of the production’s music.  However, should issues arise that cannot be resolved within this relationship, the On Stage Artistic Director will be considered the final authority and available at any time.
