AUDITION INFORMATION

Come any time during the listed dates and times to audition with your stand-up comedy, skit, dramatic reading, performance art, song, or dance. Show us your passion alongside Monroe's most talented local performers for a thrilling, 18+ night of art and comedy!

 

Guidelines

• Time Limit: All acts should be 5 minutes or less.

• Vocalists: Bring your own backing tracks or live musicians.

• Material: The piece you audition with should be the piece you perform in the final showcase.

• Compensation: All roles are volunteer and unpaid.

 

Casting Call: Master of Ceremonies (MC)

We are also casting our MC from these auditions. The ideal candidate needs:

• Show-stealing stage presence

• Ability to write original material

• Strong improvisational (improv) skills

REHEARSAL INFORMATION

We will have a rehearsal for ALL participants the week of January 11, 2027 

(Date and time TBD.)   

Tech rehearsals for ALL participants will be January 20 & 21, 7-10 PM at the performance space.

PERFORMANCES

Date & Location

• Showtimes: Friday, January 22 & Saturday, January 23, 2027 at 8:00 PM

• Venue: Wayfarer Music Hall (123 North Lumpkin Street, Monroe, GA)

• Call Times: Actors arrive at 6:30 PM | Doors and bar open at 7:00 PM

Ticket Information

• Price: $30.00 per ticket

• Includes: Admission, one drink ticket (ages 21+ with valid ID), plus complimentary snacks and refreshments.

• Rating: Rated R

• Details: Content includes profane language and adult themes. May be unsuitable for anyone under 17 unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
