COVID-19 POLICY
All policies are subject to change as the On Stage Board of Directors sees fit as situations change.
Audience Members
-
In an effort to fill the house to full capacity, we encourage (but do not require) our audience members to wear masks, regardless of vaccination status.
-
Physical programs will be distributed, and a digital program will also be available.
-
No outside food and drink will be permitted.
Performers and Rehearsals
-
Cast and crew for our all-adult mainstage shows must be fully vaccinated to audition.
THIS MAY DIFFER PRODUCTION TO PRODUCTION. Please see audition announcements for full details. Due to limited space in the theater, social distancing will be impossible, and therefore the Board of Directors has determined this is the best option to protect our members and productions.
-
We define a “fully vaccinated” individual as one who has received their second shot of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or a single shot of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine and has received the final shot at least 14 days before the first rehearsal. Because of this policy, mask wearing and social distancing will not be enforced during rehearsal, following the CDC guidelines.
Theater Cleaning
-
All areas of the playhouse will be sanitized between each rehearsal and performance.
-
Hand sanitizer will be available in several locations in the theater.
We appreciate your compliance with these policies.
