On Stage Ticket Policy

Goal of Ticket Policy: To provide added value for On Stage Members while maintaining an accurate, timely and fair ticket distribution.

All tickets will be sold at Carmichael’s or on our website.

$15 for adults, $5 for students.

Tickets for On Stage Members go on sale 3 weeks prior to opening night.

Tickets for the general public go on sale 2 weeks prior to opening night.

Tickets are non-refundable (no cash refund).

Tickets may be exchanged at Carmichael’s for another date for the same show.  On the date a show will be performed, however, persons holding tickets for that day’s performance may not exchange them for a performance on a later date.

Tickets must be presented at the box office for admission.

No unpaid tickets will be held at the box office

Tickets presented at the box office on the wrong date may not be honored. 

Purchasing Tickets Online

Tickets will be available for purchase on our website 2 weeks prior to opening night.

Ticket purchases will be handled by PayPal.  It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to use this service.  PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks.

A 3% service charge is added to all PayPal transactions.

After the online ticket transaction is completed, an online ticket will need to be printed.  This ticket must be presented at the box office for admission.  This ticket will serve as the tickets for all members in the party.

Membership Voucher Policy

Memberships are good for one year from date of purchase. 

Members are issued vouchers (Golden Tickets) according to the level membership selected.  

Lost vouchers may not be replaced.

Vouchers are to be exchanged at Carmichael’s for show tickets. 

Vouchers can be exchanged one week prior to general public ticket sales.  Members may purchase additional tickets during this time as well.

Vouchers presented at the box office will be treated as walk-ins.  Seating will only occur if empty seats are available 5 minutes before curtain call.
 
Vouchers may be used throughout the season or exchanged all on one show.
